Black & White Ball thanks

Crested Butte News, Crested Butte, CO

To the Editor:
The Crested Butte Mountain Heritage Museum wants to first and foremost thank everyone who attended their 11th annual Black and White Ball. The weather totally cooperated and it was a wonderful evening with lots of fabulous black and white attire to set the festive mood.

So many businesses helped to make this Ball such a success. The Museum appreciates the generous donations that made our raffle sales so good this year. A huge thanks goes out to our major prizes to Paradox Geologic for the Peak Pass, Artisan Rug Gallery, the Alpineer for a townie bike, and the Crested Butte Nordic Center for a season pass. Businesses are so kind and gave us prizes for the costume contest and to supplement the raffle prizes.

The following gave generously to our event:
Sally Vennel, The Princess, Shades of Crested Butte, Paradise Café, Dana Bradley, Susan Anderton, Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, the Mountain Store, Milky Way, Ellen’s Pickles, Blackline Entertainment, Wilderson Lock & Hill, LLC, Town of Crested Butte, CBMR, Montanya Distillery and the Museum.

The Black and White Ball has become a local happening and the Museum appreciates all the volunteers that help to make it happen – the Museum couldn’t do it without you!
